How to Book
Please download our brochure and/or printable booking form and send a deposit of 20% of the amount due with your booking, The remainder is due within 3 weeks of the camp commencing.
We will send confirmation of your booking asap after receipt.
Cancellations will be fully refunded in the event we can reallocate your place or if more than 3 weeks prior to the camp beginning. Otherwise your deposit will be non returnable at our discretion.
We hold it important to begin at the beginning together. Therefore we ask you to commit to arriving on Friday evening, or in time for the first meeting on Saturday at about 10.30am. Check with us in advance if you have any problem with this.
• Policy for young campers •
Under 18’s must be accompanied, (and their place booked), by an adult over 25 who is willing to take on parental responsibility. This requires having parents contact details and to be aware of any relevant medical information.
Places are limited to 120 including children. (We do sometimes get fully booked for our Spring Camp) |
