The Way of It

We meet each morning as a whole camp, in the Roundhouse. Our Camps are held rather than organised, likewise our
Meeting offers a way to meet as a camp on many levels.

At the heart of our camp culture is a sense of value for each of us as a person. We hold for a process of communion and community founded on free personal choice within relationship.

Our Camps are an opportunity to slow down and connect with a present and felt quality of life. But we also invite allowing more of who you experience yourself to be, to happen, as you feel moved. This will often automatically arise from letting go of who you are not!

Although we do not pre programme ourselves with workshops or activities, many events arise as part of the community of the Camp.

Past camps have featured: poetry and story reading, circle dance, music making and singing, Free thing (improvisational movement-dance and sound-music), drumming, local walks, mask making journeys, football, tri-ball, and rounders, live five rhythms dance and music, sharing and discussion groups, Chi Gung, and no doubt more that I forgot.
