I dont tend to get behind a camera during a camp. The nowness can be so easily traded in for time. However, here are a few moments. Maybe you have some you could put up? |

'Death of a Tourist' One night - the wind got up a bit strong, though I slept through it all. However in the morning, on the way to the shower, I passed Sarah's fire and saw this. A chair with a coat and an umbrella had blown into the hearth in the night and pronged a kettle. The photo didnt catch the detail of melted coat and skull like kettle. So I played with it (digital art!) to try and create the feel of it. Later in the camp a moulded plastic chair broke asunder beneath some hapless camper. The parts of this were placed upon the skeletal remains portrayed above. Did anyone get a pic of that before it got smashed by a certain young girl in a land rover? |
